Welcome to Floverse! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Floverse website and related services (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site.

Floverse reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our Services

Floverse provides a farm-direct platform through which customers can discover and purchase premium flowers sourced from partner farms in Ecuador.

We aim to streamline the path from origin to destination, offering products with enhanced freshness and consistency. Availability of products may change at any time without notice.

Purchases & Payment

When you place an order, you agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes, delivery charges, or additional fees.

Payments are processed at the time of purchase using the payment method you provide. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by shipping or delivery updates when applicable.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all purchases are considered final. Please refer to our Claims & Refund Policy for further details.

Floverse reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion.

Order Adjustments

Requests to modify an order must be submitted via email at least 6 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. All requests are subject to review and confirmation.

Once an order enters processing, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates are selected at the time of purchase. While we strive to meet all timelines, delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to properly handle and care for the product to maintain its quality.

Accounts

Certain features of the Site may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Unauthorized use should be reported immediately.

Ownership & Content

All materials on the Site — including text, visuals, branding, and design — are owned by Floverse or its partners and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

Use of Brand Assets

Floverse’s name, logos, and visual identifiers may not be used without authorization. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer

The Site and all products are provided on an “as available” basis. Flowers are natural products and may vary in appearance, size, or bloom stage. These variations are inherent and not considered defects.

To the extent permitted by law, Floverse disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

Floverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or its products.

Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
