Ordering
What is the latest I can place my order?
You can place your order up to 5 business days before your desired delivery date. For example, if you need your flowers to arrive on Friday, you’ll need to place your order on Monday.
Can I order flowers for a specific event date?
Yes! We recommend scheduling your flower delivery 2–3 days before your event to allow time for your flowers to hydrate and open beautifully.
For example, if your event is on Saturday, we recommend selecting Wednesday or Thursday as the delivery date.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order. Our smaller boxes typically include around 45–50 stems, depending on the flowers selected.
Can I mix different flower varieties in one order?
Yes! You can use our Custom Boxes section to build your own box with an assorted flower selection. Choose from our Small, Medium, or Large options and mix different flower varieties to create your perfect selection.
Shipping
How long does it take for my flowers to arrive?
Our flowers typically take 3 days to arrive after shipping. While we always do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, occasional shipping delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control.
Where do my flowers ship from?
Your flowers ship directly from our farms in Ecuador. They are freshly harvested, placed in our cold chain, and prepared for shipment directly to you.
Is shipping included in the price?
Yes! All our prices include shipping.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship throughout the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Freshness & Care
How fresh are the flowers when they arrive?
Our flowers are freshly cut at the farm approximately three days before they arrive at your door. After harvest, they travel through cold-chain transit to help preserve their freshness and quality.
Occasionally, shipping delays or weather conditions may cause some dehydration. If this happens, don’t worry—your flowers may simply need some time to rehydrate once they arrive. Follow our flower care instructions to help them recover and bloom beautifully.
How do I make my flowers last longer?
Care instructions to keep your flowers fresh:
- Recut the stems at an angle (1cm) before placing them in water.
- Place them in clean, fresh water, ideally with flower food.
- Keep them away from direct sunlight and in a cool, fresh environment.
- Change the water daily to keep your flowers fresh.
