At Floverse, every order is handled with care to preserve the freshness, integrity, and beauty of each stem.

Farm-Direct Shipping

We operate on a farm-direct model, allowing your flowers to travel a shorter, more intentional journey — from the farm to your door — minimizing handling and preserving quality.

Delivery Timing

Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 days after leaving the farm. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by logistics, weather, or other external factors beyond our control.

Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed promptly to ensure freshness. Changes or special requests must be submitted at least 6 days prior to the scheduled delivery date via email hello@thefloverse.com

Once an order enters processing, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details. Floverse is not liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery & Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order. Floverse is not responsible for missed deliveries or failed delivery attempts. Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Perishable Nature

Our flowers are perishable and should be opened and properly cared for immediately upon arrival. We are not responsible for quality issues resulting from delays in handling after delivery.

External Conditions

Floverse is not liable for damage caused by environmental conditions after delivery, including exposure to heat, cold, or direct sunlight.

Shipping Liability

While we work with trusted logistics partners, Floverse is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
